Do you have a bad "Coffee HABIT"?

Coffee may have some dietary benefits, and I will be posting on those in the next few days.
I am purposely avoiding caffeinated coffee for the next 30 days as an N=1 experiment to see how my body responds, but mainly to break any habit or addiction to caffeine. Breaking mental barriers and strongholds in one area builds confidence for you to apply it in other areas.
